Brian is trial lawyer in both the Florida state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the trial bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Keif is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated in 1972 from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Following graduation, he spent five years on active military duty followed by another ten years with the Florida Army National Guard. Brian received a Master’s degree in Business from Monmouth College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983.
Brian has been a civil trial lawyer since 1983, having tried more than one hundred cases to juries. These have included serious personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction defects, and professional negligence cases. He is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator.
