Jeffrey H. Fink, Partner

Jeffrey is a Board Certified trial lawyer by the Florida Bar. (He obtained his board certification in the area of criminal trial work.) He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated lawyer.

He has been practicing since 1979, and has extensive trial and litigation experience in state and federal courts, and before administrative tribunals, in general civil, commercial, personal injury, insurance, and criminal litigation. He has been involved in complex civil litigation cases as well as having handled numerous death penalty cases. He also has handled appeals and has a background in regulatory work. He was formerly a Division Chief in the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s Office, under Janet Reno. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the trial bars of the United States District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court.

Jeffrey graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School, where he was a Student Rewrite Editor on the Law Review. There, he was also a member of the Wig and Robe Society; Bar and Gavel Society; and the Student Senate. While in school, he interned for Chief Judge C. Clyde Atkins of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jeffrey has written for a publication which digested local federal decisions; has been a committee member of the Dade County Bar Association and has been a member of a local ABA regional subcommittee. He also has provided pro bono services to various non-profit organizations, including a children’s cancer group. In 1996, he was recognized as a Leading Attorney by Law & Leading Attorneys.
